Shipping, Return Policy, Store Procedures

•Items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Our shipment time can vary during the busy end of the year holiday months (November and December) due to an influx of orders. 

•If you purchase a pre order item with an in stock item, the order will be shipped when the pre order comes in unless extra shipping has been paid. 

•Items eligible for return may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged. Returns are processed once received within 3 business days. Once returns are processed, a store credit is given to your account on our website to use towards any purchase. *Shipping charges are non refundable and are not applied as credit.*

•If item arrives flawed or damaged, let us know within 14 days of receiving it.

*We cannot hold items for exchange before receiving your returned item.* Once your returned time is received, we will apply store credit to your online account with us.

•All returns must have the tags in tact and be unused and unwashed. Items that appear to have been used, worn, have an odor, or have stains will not be accepted.

•If you pay through Sezzle and then return the item, you are still responsible for paying Sezzle. You will receive store credit from us.

•All shoes must be returned unworn and in the original box with all original packaging. Please do not tape the box when returning and please do not use box as the shipping box or attach tape or a shipping label to it. Boxes must look new when returning.

•Shipping charges are non refundable, even upon return.

•ALL COSMETICS, TANNERS, WATER BOTTLES, JEWELRY, FLASH SALE ITEMS FOR 15% OFF OR MORE, AND SALE COLLECTION ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

•DUE TO US BEING A SMALL BUSINESS, WE DO LIMIT RETURNS TO 2 PER PERSON EVERY 30 DAYS.

•We do not hold items for exchange. You will be given credit once we receive the item and then you can use your credit on our website.

•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship items to your address, the process is out of our hands.

•Please send an email to info@thedixiedandelion.com for return acceptance.

•Store credits are to be used on our website.
